Where to begin?! I used booking sites exclusively all of my adult life - until I booked a culinary trip to Rome one year and had major issues and realized a reputable certified travel agent would have mitigated that risk immediately. Enter Katharine - this travelista is my travel soul sister. She quickly understood what kind of client I was (Needy, particular, fussy, did I say needy?). I have booked every trip for the past 8 years through her - the ease of booking, the fact that she knows what seats we prefer, what hotels we prefer, makes this so easy for me, provides me with the peace of mind I need and guarantees a great trip.
Katharine has taken us to Greece (twice), Mexico, France, Thailand, St. Lucia, Scotland, England, NYC, Antigua, Whistler, - soon we are headed on an Avalon cruise from Amsterdam to Frankfurt. With her affiliations with certain resorts, her clients reap the benefits of those perks. She arranged a private beach dinner at no additional charge one year at a resort in Mexico. She even arranged champagne on our return flight when we got engaged in Paris!
